Terms of service

These terms govern Nutritiono, a personal recordkeeping service operated by Big Leap LLC. Contact hello@bigleap.app with service or account questions.

Eligibility and account access

You must be at least 13 and meet any higher minimum age required by applicable law. Users under 18 need a parent or legal guardian's permission. Nutritiono does not target children under 13.

Use only your own account and records. Protect your credentials. Accounts are currently provided by the operator; public self-service signup, email verification and password recovery are not available. Contact support if access is lost without sending your password.

Records and estimates

You remain responsible for checking the facts you submit and the saved records and summaries. We do not verify food composition, measurements or estimates. Nutrients are reported totals for the whole entry; an omitted fact is unknown rather than zero.

Nutritiono does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, recommend doses, provide substance-use advice or arrange substance or medication purchases. Historical records are not recommendations. Do not rely on Nutritiono for medical decisions or emergency assistance.

Permitted use and your content

Do not submit protected health information, clinical records, diagnoses, treatment details, other people's health information or data you have no right to provide. Do not promote or facilitate prohibited or age-restricted goods, encourage underage substance use, store unlawful material, impersonate others, evade access controls or submit credentials through the tools.

You retain your rights in your entries. You permit us to store, process and return them as necessary to provide Nutritiono and the connected features described in the privacy policy. Review the requested permissions and sensitive-data disclosure before connecting.

Availability, controls and changes

We may maintain, change or suspend the service or restrict access to address abuse, security issues or legal obligations. Availability, complete accuracy and uninterrupted service are not guaranteed. These terms do not limit rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to limit.

Delete individual entries through the API or plugin, or request account deletion through support. Account deletion is manual after verified account control and explicit confirmation. Backups and security records follow the privacy policy. Disconnecting alone does not delete stored entries.

We publish changes to these terms here with an updated effective date.
