Access and connection help

Accounts are currently provided by the operator. Include “Nutritiono” in your subject, your account email if applicable, and a brief description of the issue. Your Nutritiono account is separate from your OpenAI account. Public self-service signup and password recovery are not available.

Never email passwords, tokens, medication history or other sensitive intake details. Start connection again in your OpenAI client if an authorization attempt expires. Contact us if you cannot sign in, without sending your password.

Read, correct or delete data

Retrieve your own structured history through the API or plugin, choosing a date range and following pagination. Correct an entry by deleting it and adding corrected facts. Confirm the exact record before deleting it.

To remove your account and live diary, email hello@bigleap.app with the subject “Nutritiono account deletion” and your Nutritiono account email. We verify account control and explicit confirmation before manual deletion. An account ID or email alone is not proof of account control.

Disconnecting alone does not delete stored entries. Backups, logs and minimized security records follow the privacy policy. Copies in OpenAI conversations are managed through that product. Nutritiono offers no medical advice or emergency assistance.
